The facilities at the property are great. The pool is sparkling clean and great bbq area. Games room was a plus. The gardens are beautiful – little paradise. The rooms are a good size and nice big balcony – plenty of room for a family. Location close to the beach and shops. Lots of takeaway options close by

From the moment I contacted the office to speak with someone about our booking to calling with some questions throughout our stay, then finally upon check out (Public Holiday calls were taken), I was extremely impressed with the display of hospitality, understanding & care! Both my daughters couldn’t take themselves away from the sparkling clean pool (yes, I took to the spa for some yoga stretch after a dip & play). We will stay again… the stroll down to Avoca Beach is lovely & quite a treat.

Very comfortable accommodation & great facilities
Enjoyed our stay at this resort. Great location, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Spacious outdoor area to relax. Well manicured gardens and very pleasant surroundings. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended
A fantastic spot to stay
We stayed at this resort a few weekends ago for a girls weekend away. We had the penthouse apartment. The location is fantastic, beautiful views from the large balcony including lots of whale spotting. Despite it being mid-Winter the aspect meant we had the beautiful warm sun on us and sat out there in t-shirts. The shops and beach are so close so easy to walk to everything and a short drive to Terrigal.
The apartment has a great layout for a group with a master (with ensuite) and second bedroom (with two singles) at the front and then a queen bedroom and fourth bedroom (with two singles) at the back sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very big also. The lounge area was also great with a separate bar section (with wine fridge) and a large TV with speaker system. Wifi was handy also. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed.
The complex had a pool with a great BBQ area although we didn’t use it. It was very secure with three parking spots and gated entrances.
Overall we were extremely happy with the accommodation and will definitely return.
Relaxing, great location and a beautiful heated pool
Loved our stay at Avoca Palms Resort, great location close to restaurants and shops. Lots of space inside the 3 bedroom apartment, especially the generous balcony space to enjoy the evening sun. The rooms were tidy and well organised The pool was stunning! Especially being heated, we spent a lot of time in the pool area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Great location, large apartment
We stayed 3 nights in a 3BR ocean view apartment, which was really generously sized and excellently supplied with masses of crockery, glasses, plus kids’ plastic plates/cups/etc. Although there were only six of us, it could have happily slept 8 or 9 – I think you have to arrange extra people with management, but I could see two families staying there very easily, with plenty of room in the large lounge/dining/kitchen area. We enjoyed the games room and pool area, and the fact that the apartments are located so close to local shops, restaurants and the beach. A very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Amazing location and views
Great location for families wanting a fun holiday. Apartments are a good size, ours was “ocean view” so had amazing views over the lake, field and ocean beyond. Very nice pool area ( heated) and communal area to sit and relax. Local cafes and shops just a short stroll away. Friendly Manager on site too. We will be back.
Best at Avoca
We were after family accommodation with air conditioning, preferably a view/outlook, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, parking for 2 cars, TV/DVD, close to cafes, groceries and restaurants with a pool and beach walking distance and this place had it all!!! Bit of a hiccup with the DVD advertised but not there however, the lovely managers spent some time trying to install one without success and on new year’s eve afternoon ran to the shops and purchases one for us.
We had a fab stay and loved how close the shops and beach was. Also, other great beaches nearby. Free Wifi was good and TV reception perfect with some Foxtel as a bonus. Pool and bbq area was very clean and we had 2 space to park in a locked undercover car park. Security was good as all entrances/exits required a key swipe to enter or exist.
Only did 3 nights but wished we had stayed longer…highly recommend for families and/or friends.
