Meet the Animals

At the Australia Walkabout Park you can meet the friendliest animals up close and personal. From emus to kangaroos to wallabies, there’s no doubt that you’re going to be able to spot and even touch one when you come visit the Australia Walkabout Park. Experience these animals in their very own habitat.
For the little kiddies, there also a petting zoo available to them. At the petting zoo, you children will be able to feed and play with the baby goats. They will also be taught responsibility by letting them help the ranger feed the animals and clean the farmyard.

Exciting Daily Program

Whatever time of the day you come for a visit (and even if you were just dropping by to get a quick look-see), you will be able to enjoy the fun and exciting daily program that happens at the park. Starting at 10:00 am in the morning with a Wild Emu and Kangaroo Feeding to a Bommerang Throwing Workshop, there’s something to do in the program until 4:00 in the afternoon.

Up for a little camping experience? At Australia Walkabout Park you can have a wild sleep out if you want. You will be guided by experienced rangers throughout your overnight stay at the park. And you don’t have to worry about your sleeping areas, since you will be sleeping comfortably under canvas and wake up to a deliciously prepared breakfast. Now, who said camping was hard?

Be a Ranger for a Day

If you’ve ever wanted to be a ranger and do everything that the ranger does in the wild, well now is your chance. Of course, you’ll be doing a lot of the rangering under the expert guidance of resident rangers. As ranger for a day, you will be helping out the park’s rangers in doing their tasks. You will be part of aiding and conserving the native animals and plants who are under the care of the Wildlife Park.

Be a Volunteer

You can even help the park out by volunteering some of your time in helping out at the park. The Wildlife Park accepts both local and international volunteers. So if you fancy helping the local environment in a big way, you can give some of your time to helping out at the Australia Walkabout Park.
